Cliff Henry

Cliff is one of the founders of Paper Plus. Cliff wears many hats in the business and can often be found leading on large furniture installations, strengthening supplier relationships or researching product innovation.

When he’s not working, Cliff enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially around the BBQ.

Lucy Henry

Lucy founded the business together with Cliff in 1999.

She runs the Finance and HR departments as well as many other aspects of keeping the team running smoothly.

James O'Malley
Sales Manager

James is our Sales Manager, with many years of experience in improving the customer journey and enhancing business opportunities. He’s a courteous and innovative individual, who’s enthusiastic, well organised and always takes the time to listen and understand the challenges our customers face.

James heads up our furniture division and has worked with hundreds of customers on simple and complex projects to procure, deliver and install furniture on time and within budget.

When James isn’t in the office, you can find him going for walks with his two young boys, entertaining in the garden

Nick Dallibar
Sales Executive

Nick joined us in September 2022, bringing 5 years’ sales and account management experience in the supplies industry. Nick is outgoing, friendly and always happy to help. He’s already known in the office for his rather bright choice of socks.

On the weekend you’ll find him playing football for a local team, cooking, or spending quality time with his son.

Claire Airey
Sales Executive

Claire has worked within the customer service sector for more than 20 years and really enjoy building relationships and exceeding customer expectation.

She’s been lucky enough to have worked in a variety of industries including; insurance, finance and property maintenance.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. I love cooking, especially trying out new recipes and baking cakes with my son.

Vickie Atkins
Sales Executive

Vickie’s customer service skills were honed flying across the globe as a senior Cabin Crew member for a large UK airline.

After taking a sabbatical to bring up her two children, she spent several years both as a Chair of Governor’s and assisting in the classroom at her local primary school.

Following a brief period refreshing her skill set, she returned to the education sector working in our Customer Service / Administration team, where she can be called upon to offer her informed assistance with any stationery or furniture requirement.

Vickie enjoys cooking at home for the family and loves nothing more than a good meal with some beautiful wine to wash it all down with!

Gina Horgan
Customer Service Executive

Gina has worked for Paper Plus for over 15 years and is a key asset to the company.  She is happy, enthusiastic and has built up great working relationships with all our customers.  She does this by being warm, friendly and going over and above to ensure our customers are more than satisfied.

Gina also operates our credit control division, chasing payments when needed and ensuring invoices are paid on time.

In her spare time, Gina loves to spend as much time as she can with her grandchildren.

Katy Marshall
Customer Service Executive

Katy has been part of the Paper Plus team for over five years now. She has had many years of experience working in the Customer Service industry. Katy enjoys speaking with and helping our customers.

Outside of work Katy is busy looking after her 2 children and loves spending time with the family. She also enjoys the odd Bottomless brunch with her friends when she can!

Sarah Utton

Prior to working at Paper Plus Sarah was an Operational Manager in the financial industry. Key skills she developed as part of her role were strong client relations, problem solving and working as part of a team. She enjoys challenging herself and providing excellent client service. After taking time out to raise her 3 children, Sarah joined Paper Plus in April 2022.

Outside of work Sarah likes to spend time gardening, socialising with friends and family as well as taking time out to visit the surrounding countryside.  

Caroline Middleton
Marketing Manager

Bringing a wealth of marketing experience from the food and drink sectors, Caroline joined Paper Plus in April 2022. Her passion lies in branding, design and creating impactful, strategic campaigns.

When she's not at work, Caroline can be found in her kitchen baking up all sorts of sweet treats for her family and friends!


Laura Bloomfield
Marketing Assistant

Laura has over 10 years’ experience in administration, marketing and fundraising, predominantly in the charity sector. After a short career break to raise two young children, Laura joined the Paper Plus team in 2021.

In her rare moments of spare time, Laura enjoys gardening, baking and exploring the South Downs with her family.

Terry Wallis

Terry works in the warehouse picking and packing orders as well as delivering from time to time. Terry joined us just over a year ago having been in the warehouse industry for about 15 years.

Outside of work he likes to spend time with his family and friends and plays football.

Cliff Higgins
Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Cliff has been part of the team since 2015 and brings with him many years of managerial experience. He is always on hand to assist the customer and our own sales team with any stock or delivery query. With extensive knowledge of the Sussex and Surrey area, route planning has become second nature. 

Originally from Ireland, Cliff settled in Burgess Hill in 2005, got married and has a young family. His interests outside of work are varied, with coaching a local U11’s football team taking up most of his free time. Cliff also has a keen interest in cooking a variety of dishes, which goes down well at home.

 Most of all he loves spending time with his wife and little boy; going on walks, cycles and attending any family based event that’s available.


Victoria Parker
Marketing Manager (On Maternity)

Victoria started working at Paper Plus in 2020. With years of experience working across numerous industries, she was able to bring drive, ambition and passion to the team.

Victoria is your go to for all things marketing and is working hard to support the business to meet its goals through on and offline marketing activities.

When she’s not creating campaigns, Victoria spends her time with her young children, exploring the countryside or even taking up the mic to do a bit of home karaoke.
